Primrose is the flowering plant of the Primula genus family member of Primulaceae. The Primula genus includes at least 500 species and an almost infinite number of hybrids and cultivators. Most are short-lived perennials and are native to nearly every temperate zone in the northern and southern hemispheres. Generally, these are the most common hybrids of garden families, which are taken from P.elatior, P.juliae, P.veris, and P.vulgaris. These hybrids are collectively known as Primula x Polyantha.

Primrose is a perennial flower 4-12 inches tall, with basal rosette leaves that are more and less evergreen in flavored habitats. These flowers are growing in early spring in the northern hemisphere on slopes and meadows.

The leaves of these flowers are 5-25 cm. long and 2-6 cm broad. These flowers are found in a variety of colors & and sizes & are suitable for gardens & pots for nurturing. These flowers are required proper sunlight, water & food & bloom in various shades purple, yellow, red, or pink depending on the variety. A few flower categories have groups of blossoms on a solitary stem. Some different primroses have one bloom for each stem, shaping bunches of roses that skim the fundamentals of the leaves.

As nursery plants, primroses are typically planted from plant nurseries began in the spring. They can be planted from seed, however, They are delayed to develop, and surprisingly more slow to develop into blooming development.
